Investor Qualification Details
We accept only wholesale and sophisticated investors. According to the Australian Corporations Act, to be qualified to invest with Bingo Capital Fund, you must be one of the following:
- Qualified as a sophisticated investor, or;
- you must have net assets of $2.5 million, or;
- a gross income of at least $250,000 each year for the previous two years.
- Investing $500,000 or more,
Investment size and length of holding:
- We take a minimum commitment of $25,000, with extra amounts in $10,000 increments if you want to enhance your total later.
- The maximum investment we take is $10 million.
- We have no set terms, so you can keep your investment with us for as long (or as short) as you choose.
- Fund redemptions are always subject to the Trust's liquidity (see the liquidity item).
